About Dr. David W. Todd, DMD, MD

Dr. David Todd received his undergraduate Bachelor of Sciences degree in Chemical Engineering while studying at Purdue University. He is a dental school graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, as well as a medical school graduate of the University Of Connecticut School Of Medicine.
Dr. Todd also received his residency training in oral and maxillofacial (jaw) surgery at the University of Connecticut before becoming board-certified through the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Todd has been active in his profession. He has authored 18 articles in various publications and made numerous presentations at state, regional, and national meetings.
He has served as an examiner for the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery where he also served as co-chair of section IV. He has also served on the Parameter of Care Committee and Subcommittee of Anesthesia, and as chairman on the Committee for Anesthesia.
Dr. Todd is a fellow of the American College of Dentists and is a fellow of the American Dental Society of Anesthesia.
In addition to his roles in national organizations, he has served on the Board of New York State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and has served as its president. Dr. Todd is the founder and the leader of the local SPEAR Study Club.
Married with four children, Dr. Todd is a resident of the Jamestown, NY area. His practice is located on Southwestern Drive, in Lakewood, NY. Dr. Todd enjoys sailing and boating on Chautauqua Lake and enjoys the programming at Chautauqua Institution.
